I have been learning how the process works and there are a lot of resources for how to interview a sponsor and review the deal, but how do you initially access the deals to review?

If you plan to self-manage initially in MI but go full management in Detroit, you’ll want a very dialed-in team.

You need to log everything to protect yourself from any liability.Going back to your initial question--price is subjective.

Will you be funding your own rehab or would you need to roll those funds into your initial loan?
