Hey @Mario Morales I assume you're planning to purchase the new property under your personal name rather than through an LLC?

They are all under my personal name.

It works I agree - the key is finding the right person to do it.

The northland MAREI meeting and the main monthly meeting at MAREI have a minimal fee, or for $99 a year you can attend all of them for no extra charge - northland is in person, the main meeting is still online, both are great ways to connect and learn. 

We would want to use it for personal use probably one per year. 

Me having several thousand good reviews help, but personally I would not book a property with 0 reviews.

If there is a due on sale clause in the loan doc then it doesn’t matter what the loan officer told you verbally.I’m not an attorney, but from my understanding of the loan is still in your name personally a good litigator can pierce the veil and your LLC protection wouldn’t amount to much.

The best part is there is no ownership seasoning period with one of these lenders and they don't report to personal credit.

It also gives you multiple work surfaces so you can have more than one person in the kitchen without getting in each others' way.
