It is clear from the interview that their main skill set is raising money and they partner with other "Co-GPs" who focus on the operations. 

It seems like it "should be" good with some good features for the price (specifically I'm looking for an easy way to sync pricing across platforms including my website).  

The main reason I decided to sell rather than hold was the rising interest rates.

While the image of yours I found seem to show the main entry to the 2nd floor at ground level, the older the prospective tenant, the less interested they are in a non-ground floor unit. 2) Using another part of the property as storage could limit interest and I could see that as a turn off with folks once they find this out.FYI, the listing I found on realtor.com makes no mention of the tenant not having access the entire property or the basement being used as storage.

I looked into the maintenance option years back to discover a trend of:  apx. 8% monthly fee which only included rent collection (everything else from maintenance to turnovers etc, extra, and poor reputation on repairs.)

Send it to every address they give you including the current rental assuming it will be forwarded to the address they gave the post office.
