Start eviction process the moment you can.

My agent was a very nice older lady, but no idea about investing, it all worked out and once the first rent checks started coming in started gaining some confidence.

Currently have a great job but want to start acquiring  2-4 unit complexes.

Welcome to BP Bianca, if you currently don't have much capital, find some partners in your network that have the funds to get started in RE but are hesitant since they never purchased anything yet.

another issue it is about 18 months wait to get a Cabin started due to high demand for builder.  

What are you thinking to get started in investing?

At one point my Brokerage employed over 70 Agents and trust me, those stats track.So when a company starts advertising on my show, or an Agent starts working at my Brokerage I can usually if they'll make it long term or if they'll flame out.

The biggest expense for many agents is their marketing budget to get leads and grow their business, but if you’re looking to be just part time to start you won’t need that.
