You'll probably try to say that when you pay the $190K you're actually saving the other $142K in interest over the next 29 years or some other wacky BS because you're immune to simple, rational explanations, but I'd be willing to bet that that math doesn't work out as well as this does.

Smarty pants is being sued personally of course they have identified his trust and the bene's of said trust.. its now all public knowledge with the filing of these suits.Mom and pop land lords deal with their tenants by that fact they are not immune no matter what the paper works says.and if your really going to do stuff in Real Estate your banks are not going to lend you money with out PG etc.
