Horse hotels are a thing, for sure!

Call me old fashioned, but I think that slow and steady still wins the race.

Every time I get on here all I ever see is what can a tenant do about having to pay higher rent.. or why should they or why cant they bring their miniature horse into their 1 bedroom apartment in the middle of a city.. 

In a race to get it finished and occupied we added 29K to credit cards as we crossed the finish line.

I'm thinking horses, healing retreats, events, some small houses....I know, I probably should have gotten 40 acres lol.....I am just bubbling over with the excitement of owning dirt!! 

Rates have gone down because so many owners didn't understand all the costs it takes to run one of these and didn't plan ahead, so they get desperate and then its a race to the bottom and others are forced to follow suite.

Also, being chained to the rat race (job) and not being able to have the choice to manage my own time was frustrating.

I know what you mean about the so-called "rat race."

I have only been working for 1 year but I want to educate myself in real estate investment to escape the rat race.

Many people before us have used RE to escape the "rat race".
