Subdividing 5 acres land into subdivision

While you will give up equity in the deal in the long run the project should go faster and be more profitable, so you will give up a lot of headaches for a small piece of the pie more than likely unless you have cash to cover the entire project your going to need an experience partner to get a loan.. near impossible for someone with zero experience to get a horizontal loan.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Once a wall has developed a long horizontal crack and is bowing in significantly the pressure has to be relieved on the outside by excavating the soil all the way down, then popping the wall back out so it is staright, waterprooving on the outside and backfilling with stone.

HVAC / Plumbing Question Range Hood Duct
19 February 2021 | 1 reply
Guys,Any GC/Plumber/HVAC person comment on this.doing an installation for a range hood where previously there is no duct going outside but there is a duct going straight outside from one of the gas fireplace (no chimney involved straight horizontal duct outside). The homeowner didn't want to install a duct (which is an easy option) as the hood wall is facing outside. The homeowner got someone to install a "Blue PVC Lay-Flat Discharge Hose" approx 1.5" diameter that connects to the fireplace duct (seems like proper sealing), but I have never seen this before, is this going to work if I installed the range hood that has 600-700CFM, wondering if anyone has seen this or have comments about it?

(I had grading done in Michigan for $1.5k along one outside wall, which solved my problem.)BUT, if there is a serious horizontal crack in the foundation, that could be an expensive repair ($10k at the low end).
