To be honest i could bring huge value from all the stuff i have learned from bp, fortune builders and youtube and it all.

However the deals I have done there were really easy to diligence because I know the town, and I now have a great property manager who keeps finding me neat deals (he also shoots down a lot so I know he is honest). I

They have a good track record of honesty which is most important when it comes to TK.cheers.

@Cody DeLong To be honest, I do not know how much the tile and tub costs specifically, but we spent $10k on the master bath all together.

To be honest, I didn't learn anything new from my own knowledge and first look at the property.  

I know it took countless hours to produce a community of honesty and integrity and I am thankful to those of you who have made the sacrifices to make this come to be. 

This is unchartered territory for me, ugh, having faith in people's work ethic, quality and honesty!

Buying Real Estate is similar, find an account/ homeowner, build a relationship with honesty and a genuine desire to solve their problem and get rewarded for doing so.

YOU DO NOT need to go an expensive school to have a good job, and to be honest I don't think you need a college degree period.
