With the legalization of medicinal marijuana happening in the states and other similar jurisdictions, to me it seems like a start of a new industry that will likely flourish several years from now.

As far as the bathrooms were concerned, I had planned on putting new vanities, medicine cabinets, sink, faucets, toilet, bathtub trim, bathtub, and bathtub wall surround.

As I have said in my profile description, I was originally pursuing a career in medicine.

Can't wait to go part time in medicine soon, maybe work a few 1099 locums 3-4 months out of the year, and nab that "real estate professional" designation :)Lots of paper losses on syndications now that I feel like I'm not able to write much of them against my person income.Still pretty confused on how the 'passive loss limitation' is phased out from $100K to $150K in AGI.

Regardless, physicians are still in an amazing position to do very well for themselves, if only most of them knew what they were doing (it would blow your mind to hear the speculative nonsense I hear in the doctor’s lounge every day).The culture of medicine aside, I am truly amazed at the possibilities within real estate.
