I’m looking to get started at using my people and negotiation skills in the market fully, I’m hunting for properties in the UK that can be hidden gems or fixer uppers, with a keen eye for architecture and a clear understanding of value and use I’m thoroughly analysing websites and in person sites for good deals.

We did 'win' one at auction that I could not enter without my eyes watering & dry wretching, but the young couple I hired to gut it had no problem.

I greatly appreciate this and I will be keeping my eyes open!! 

An uneducated eye may think that's a silly statement because there appear to be a ton of listings in Detroit.But many of them aren't worth buying.

So - As a PM I do free property analyses for people who are current owners or are people under contract or even just see one that catches their eye. 

Keep an eye on local market conditions to find the right deal when the timing is better.

Margins are quite tight in the multi unit realm and ive been having a battle finding a good one - this site opened my eyes a bit - but have been battling to find a good deal.  

They never even blinked an eye, they only look at the score and care less about anything else.  

It's doing that but maximizing that when the time is right is also what I'm eyeing.  

Someone asked that they other day and that is kind of an eye opener/head scratcher.
