Eviction freeze was music to their ears even if they have cash. 

One recommendation I would give (and I'm doing it myself right now) is letting your tenants know now and up-front (before they come to you... be proactive) that these eviction freezes do NOT mean that rent does not have to be paid.

But Regions did freeze a HELOC back during the last crisis.

I hope if they let tenants live for free, they must, freeze mortgage payments as well and extend the term of the loans.

Should I withdrawal all I possibly can before they freeze it?

@Chris Mason and any others, would you characterize higher interest rates as a symptom of the credit market freezing (or hiccuping), and higher fees as lack of staffing?  

Would you freeze the entire thing and hold off and potentially lose the deal?

Has anyone heard if a rent freeze is headed for PA.

Just reading this is uncomfortable, late in r.e. cycle, top of market purchase with a big rehab project, and what sounds like minimal reserves if rehab takes longer than expected, or job losses freeze the market in the short term.

This was started by me seeing a large online petition in New York for the governor to freeze rent in addition to evictions.
