It will allow you to tell everyone a little about yourself, your real estate experience, your Goals and Why you invest in real estate.  

And start feeling people out and figure out who’s real and which one of those you vibe with.

Have you thought of which states  you will invest in and also the strategy like BRRRR or fix and flip or STR?

Hey Gene, for your situation, you probably need to get a fix&flip loan to acquire and do the renovation.

You should be going to real estate investor meetups to meet other, more experienced investors, instead of looking at markets farther away before you really know what you are doing.
