All I will say is that in my 63 years of being on this earth and seeing how bad divorces are , families fighting over properties , and partners in business at each others throats .

I am sure my CPA will continue to fight me if I don't have any documentation to prove this.

Surely you have some boots on the ground fighting the onsite battles for you right?

Get an agent complaint from the licensing authority and then you spend days, weeks, time, money fighting the complaint vs focusing on the business.Also in places like Keller Williams you can get paid profit sharing not only on the profits of the agents you personally recruit, but on their efforts as well, around the country and around the world. 

I personally never want to own a property where I know I will get a fight. 

Let your fight hers.Also, you could very well be liable for not replacing old  hoses on appliances that you own/supply.First things first.

In other words, don't fight your house fire with email.So... it is all about managing expectations and then making good on the promises.We find that scheduling meetings solves about 99% of the issues... but it takes two to tango.
