Long story short, I don’t have a “deal” under my belt yet (I’d like to think I make up for it in my enthusiasm, willingness to continue educating myself and a never give up attitude).2, I’ve taken a HELOC loan on my personal residence for down payment.

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude will get you where ever you want to go!  

Thank you @David Hunter, and @Gary Parker the mentor I will be given is the office administrator and also top producer she told me she would be teaching me things from town history,handling off market deals, marketing to luxury buyers and sellers(international as well), also how to handle floor time seeing everyone in the brokerage is over 50 and no longer have the enthusiasm to continue doing floor time so Ill have it 100% of the time, and many more things.

I guess we will have to just wait and see Don't mean to kill your enthusiasm, but if Social Security loss its main source of revenue (payroll tax), we are in much bigger doodle than a bunch of renters can't pay their rent.

If their enthusiasm and heart isn't into the project do not let them even start.

Trina-I have followed this thread and while I appreciate your energy and enthusiasm, frankly starting out in this business you just don't know what you don't know !
