If you enlarge the area to include Central America as many do, I'd consider Mexico (full disclosure: I own property and now develop there) and Panama as well, which have even less grid, road and supply chain issuesย than the Dominican Republic.

It has 3 bedrooms but the master bath is really small and not a large closet.Would you recommend taking the 2 small bedrooms and enlarging the bath and closet making it a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.Would very much appreciate any advise on this subject.
