Your going to find complexity is the killer of dreams, far too often people grossly waste time and energy making things wildly complex when simplicity best empowers ACTION, and action get's results, not complexity. 

Empowering the Last Mile What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

While learning about every detail is good in a sense, I rather be building my business, evaluating deals and empowering my team to do what they are good at.
