i just need to ask - is this an elderly person? 

Hi all - A scenario has just come up where an elderly relative has moved out of a home that she had a reverse mortgage on, thus triggering the bank taking action to reclaim the house - she is 75.

We also have 2 hotels and 2 apartment buildings coming in as well as quite a bit of elder care stuff. 

The larger building might have deferred maintanence since it is owned by an elderly couple.

Elderly owners mean they can't care for properties and moderate income folks have difficulty in maintaining properties.

I was thinking of making the 1st floor conference room available on an appointment basis to the (probable) 7 separate tenants on the top floor, that way they could meet with an elderly client on the 1st floor.

I'm looking at an interesting investment, but I need your advice on how to seal the deal.I'm talking to an elderly gentleman in his 70s, who still manages 100+ units(!!).

@Scott BakerWelcome.You're in the enviable position of being young, having some money, and being able to make these decisions independent of an immediate family (wife, kids, elderly parents).
