Downtown has seen more than 6 billion dollars in re-dvelopment over the last 10y and now our freeway system is getting a massive expansion that should wrap up next summer. 

Our rental in the MLB area does great with travelers near the airport, and those looking to go downtown.

Number two is Tampa Heights, south of the university and slightly north of downtown; this old neighborhood of Tampa Heights is attracting more people than ever.

We own a restaurant building in Downtown Phoenix, and my tenant is having a horrible time with indigence hanging out or parking there at night and leaving dirty diapers and other items.

Property is a C class area, so I am concerned about the quality of tenant I will get but I am close to Ohio State University, a hospital, and short north/downtown columbus so I am hoping as long as I screen tenants I can find some promising people.

Im not sure where that is in the pittsburgh area, but Im sure it has to be closer to downtown.

I own a cabin in downtown Gatlinburg that is valued at around 30 percent more than my principal residence in Texas, yet the taxes on my Texas residence are more than 400% higher:  The Gatlinburg home taxes are less than $2,000 a year. 

Some of the top rated schools, downtowns, neighborhood, and safety ratings in the North East.

The stadium deal downtown is also going to transform the city in ways us locals can't yet comprehend. 

The downtown area is being revitalized so it would also be worth looking into.
