By next Fall of 2025 I expect inflation to start to skyrocket.

What usually happens is that houses of cards fall, they just haven't been in the arena long enough to find out.I have seen seminars that might be similar to the Speed organization, heck, it might have been him, I don't remember.

I have 6 month calls on TLT and redfin which should do well in the apparant recession that we are running headfirst into this fall/winter.I am out of long term stock market and my opinion is it is dangerous to be in right now unless you are going to stay in for years. 

The problem is NOT the use of remote entity as any fraudulent  activity will fall back on the individual performing fraudulent acts.  

It's funny that over time usually people fall into the latter; or some combination.

Although banks prefer a homeowner to avoid foreclosure, lenders will take possession of and then sell a property if the owner falls too far behind in making payments.

Some of the comments above are simply ignorant to what lenders allow and don't.  501c3 falls in the same area as non-recourse loans for the most part.
