Ever been to a for sale home with great photos and been very disappointed?

I've had a few people here in my market (Seattle), who have used brokerages such as Trelora and have been extremely disappointed. 

The experience of dealing with them over the past week has been very disappointing and I will be taking everything elsewhere (yes, even the car).Aside from that, where do you guys find the best HELOCs?
