BP is a convenient tool for that because it's more transparent and usually the best advice gets the most votes.

Our only criteria was to get as close to the bars as possible, and we definitely paid for this convenience.

That is really what I am leaning towards doing, I just feel like I am struggling to find cash flow in the few markets I am considering.  

I am trying to get a neutral scheme that will appeal to a range of tenants, and by doing so leaning towards a more natural or darker wood look instead of a grey for the floors but there are a bunch of color options.Any opinions or tips in the matter are much appreciate, and if anyone has used this color scheme with Lifeproof flooring before that would be great!

All these wholesalers and BRRR-finders are desperately looking to find something, and they're mark-ups are all very convenient and missing a lot of detail. 

For $10/mo I think that is a pretty good deal and convenient for people (especially during NFL season), no matter the size and level of luxury of your unit. 

Especially if they do it in a decentralized manner, which they seem to be leaning towards doing given the 40+ new countries entering BRICS sphere of recent.
