I also don't want to have to evict her if I can avoid it because that is very expensive and time-consuming, but I want to start her out with good payment habits!

It's going to be harder than you expect, more time consuming, and will feel like you are spinning your wheels for a while.

I needed to initiate eviction, but since rent payments were not an issue the eviction was time consuming and difficult.

But I try to consume every educational source I can on this because I have to learn somehow, I gotta make this work.
