I’m obvi biased, but Denver is a very friendly sunny city with world class skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc.

Do not quote me on this but I think someone told me the new fund was a debt fund (along with some other asset classes) and a percentage of the money raised was to invest in their other funds (ie. instead of capital calls). 

One of the smarter recent strategies is the owner is living in the ADU and renting out both levels of the main house on AirBnb.I invest in the Bay Area and Indianapolis metro area (Class A suburb and Class C).

So this really depends on what is the underlying collateral.. is it C D class props that are going to be beat up and tough to sell ??

For me, I've found that as I hone in on a location and an asset class, everything gets easier. 

And because we use classes, we need the 2nd to most expensive version.

That's why Class A properties, have a lower cash flow/yield than Class D properties.

That strength i carry that lets me stand alone is beneficial but also as I left that crowd i was never able for unknown reasons to reconnect to a better class of people or even network.

I spoke with our attorney and he says we can file a class action.

Multifamily properties do require more management overall and typically appeal to a smaller, investor-focused buyer pool.At the end of the day, you can be successful in both asset classes and they go hand-in-hand.
