The accepted way so serve a deceased person is to publish a notice in a paper of general circulation in the county where the property is located, addressed to "the heirs of Sam Smith, deceased, and any other persons having an interest in the following property" (legal follows).

Charlotte has the LYNX Light Rail but Raleigh doesn't have anything in terms of public transportation other than some bus lines (downtown Raleigh circulator, and Raleigh->Durham->Chapel Hill are what come to mind).

A lot of it will depend on how foreclosures work in your state and county, but here are some places you could start:Newspapers - I assume all places require public notice of foreclosure sales/auctions, and I bet most places still require disclosure in a publication with significant circulation

And they will, I know it's completely opposite of things but just wait and see, they will. haha yes, in fact they already did that now. they plan to wipe out 175 billion dollars from circulation til 1/1/2023 which makes their liquidity similar to July 2020 :-) but dont tell that to people LOL LOL we should propagating this idea of recession recession to drop any inflated asset lol
