Too many dark chocolate covered espresso beans late at night.  

I became the Peanut Butter mixed with Chocolate Advertisement. 

I get the most compliments on that.I also give a box of good quality chocolates around the holidays with a thank-you card for being a great tenant. 

But I'll take a tall white hot chocolate or hot apple cider from Starbucks almost anyday!!

My weakness is chocolate decadent desserts (ummmhhh).

I've given them boxes of chocolate as Thank You gifts and they are always very helpful and pleasant, and go above and beyond.I also have long term rentals, the HELOCs were $99 for the application fee.

So whenever I am looking for desert I try to stick to a healthier option like a piece of dark chocolate. 

However, if you buy say a coffee a couple times a week at Starbucks, that won’t necessarily break the bank.If I spend 3 dollars (approximate cost of star bucks hot chocolate, as I don’t drink coffee) 3 Times a week, that’s 36 dollars a month or 468 a year.

Fun to fantasize about but cannot bring myself to spend a dime on it I think I have a better chance finding the golden ticket to the willie wonka chocolate factory Besides, I have seen several people I know that got severely hooked into gambling when they just merely “had fun” and started to gamble.
