I believe that good real estate agents are worth their weight in gold.Remember, not all Real Estate Agents are alike just as not all Doctors or Contractors or any other profession are alike.To group us in a 'ALL' category does a disservice not only to us, but to the categorizer as well.

I'm not sure what it's even for as it is from 2000 and I hardly ever go to the doctor (I'm guessing it might have to do with a broken wrist around that time).

Either owned and operated a small business and it became larger, worked for a successful start up (think high tech), that went public, went to "trade school" (doctor, lawyer) and went to the upper reaches of their field, or worked long and hard at their job, saved and invested wisely and didn't pi## away their money on foolish things like new cars every two years etc.There are two sides to becoming a millionaire, getting it (offense) and keeping it (defense).

Ya I couldn't agree more....Here's my list of reason for doing REI:1) You can never get fired so you have permanent job security2) You can work from home which has it's own huge set of advantages3) You can set your own schedule, wake up when you want and work as many or few hours as you want.4) You set your own pay5) You're often earning as much or more than high power doctors and lawyers.6) Once you have as little as 1 apartment building you likely have enough income to never have to work again if you don't want to.7) As you continue to acquire rental properties your month cash flow rapidly goes up into the five figure range and eventually even six figures.8) You can do a deal from almost anywhere in the world.
