It's not cheap though, but if you have a lot of properties, it would be something worth looking into.

A lot of properties in Cleveland are so cheap compared to Vegas that you'll think every deal is amazing.

If you do that wrong you might as well throw it out of an airplane.

Investing in "Cheap" cities are not always cheap on the long run.

By the time they research and go down all the rabbit holes of different strategies, never sticking to one in order to gain traction, they get exhausted, throw their hands up and never take any real substantive action.Pick something and go with it, all the way to its conclusion.  

Renovate it, put a new tenant in there and then if you still aren't feeling it throw it on the market and see if anyone bites. 

The problem is, everybody puts together deals they think are good, but in my experience as a lead underwriter, asset manager, and now fund manager, I throw out 99% of deals that are put in front of me.Listen to podcasts about passive investments and how to conduct due diligence as an LP. 

Bookkeepers are fairly cheap, even good ones and should be able to setup for 2 units in a couple/few hours.  

I console myself with the fact that compared to higher education that is relatively cheap tuition. 

Just because someone throws the words tokenization or crypto onto something means nothing to me, doesn't make it anything special because of what form the currency is.
