Old post, but in the short-term the world changed with the recent passing of HR 5376.

The environment now with higher interest rates and higher purchase price does make it more difficult but definitely doable. 

This for us is preferred over seller financed deals as we can do 65% LTV, 800 credit with someone who has net work 2x+ loan and get double digit rates. 3.

If you aren’t saving the money up to buy another property chances are nothing will pay a higher rate than paying it towards your mortgage.

When you finance through national lenders, in your experience, is a balloon a common requirement for commercial loans of this nature or is it possible to get a fixed rate for 30 years?  

Lastly funding developer who has 3 subdivisions going in WA DC market. these are big time deals and with our funds for the soft costs  500 k to 1 mil on each project my client is going to make  sit down  but probably over 10 million net  life changing money and well we will do good too !!

Interest rate is 7% and HOA is high ($760).

The only issue is the interest rate is 7.125%.

They have changed their name in last 1-2 yrs hence you are not able to find anything.
