Instead of opening Halloween City pop-up stores, it’s transforming its 750 existing stores into Halloween hubs, packed with animatronics, costumes, and decor.

My agent here suggested Turlock - I haven't driven out to the Central Valley or Sacramento to look around yet.

Central IN definitely has some great opportunities

I’ll be moving to Fairfield county and commuting to my day job in NYC.From central ct originally so would like to be closer to home..a garage and car would also be nice ;)

After taking possession of the home and paying off the loan ($55,000 remaining of the initial $54,000, fees and whatnot made up the difference), I see that the Central AC was never installed. 

Indianapolis/ Central Indiana Investors- do you prefer to invest in fix and flip properties or buy and hold for rental cash flow and longterm appreciation? 

Example:1 -Single family - central air already installed when I purchased & I provided washer & dryer units. 2- Duplex - no central air installed and washer & dryer units are provided by the tenants.

I'm now down on the Central Coast (SLO County).I'm doing two things... investing in the midwest and building an ADU here at my primary (almost complete!).
