The upstairs is rented for 250 per month (I think it's a fair price based on condition, layout, and size) and I'm considering making covered stairs but that will cost a few grand and take some time to recover.

@Jesse Os if they're not protruding the concrete wall and your semi handy, just go to home depot grab a tub of hydraulic cement and go to town !!!!!!!

I am fairly certain that the metal poles are all set in cement under the dirt, I pulled one of out and it was braced in with cement so I am guessing that the rest are as well.
