Seen that play a few times.. this whole sub to being taught to under capitalized or starter investors who don't know what they don't know and learn this on line is just so very dangerous.

Not to mention that the speach is recorded and they play it for you while you think person is on the other side (I found out by accident because I had a question during the speach, recorded speach didn't stop even I was trying to stop him multiple times) :( Sad but true.

Currently, Cape Coral's inventory, new listings, etc are on the decline again.As @Bernard J. implied, I would take a sizeable tax hit if I sold immediately, but again there are a lot of market conditions at play.
