If you have carpentry skills, its more fun than installing carpet!

It's all fun and games until fido takes a bite out of someone.

That's not a fun conversation to have, so rest assured the PM would much rather just collect rent on time to make sure they get their 10% and pay the owners on time, even if they get 100% of the late fee.  

Here's some more "fun" to share with everyone.Had an insurance claim a few years ago.

Then some other goon gets up and tells his rags to riches story, even poking fun at Amway for doing the same smoke and mirrors tactics to get members as I had just been subject to. 

Real estate is so much fun.

I used Robert Hall & Associates (Glendale, Ca) last year and that went ok with all the fun with extended deadlines and lockdowns and remote work.

It's really much more fun and fulfilling than my far-away Disney rental, and it allows us to almost cover our mortgage while we grow equity in a great place to live.
