Once you make it big, you can go back to your area and buy up the county.Haha yeah that's true, i venture out the area as well to more Suburban places that have more value then Trenton, for someone like me still tryna kick the door down and break through it leaves me no choice, as sad it is to admit but i have not much of a choice but to start where im living at.

Also the 2nd house has an addition built to be a closet for a bedroom that is held up by two metal support beams but it still slopes and feels as if you could break through the floor if you jump on it hard enough. 

So the last question is how did Zillow break through?

I am a home owner here in Bay Area, CA and after a lot of research I have been shifting my interest in turn key out of state as I feel that is potentially my best opportunity to break through into the business as a start.

I've ran into quite a few experienced investors who still use HML and also guys who got their first break through HML. 

So maybe we almost have to just go for it to break through that first barrier (within reason).    

Im not sure how to advice you to break through, but at some point you just have to take that leap of faith...and also just accept the fact that when you do...you are going to make mistakes...things are going to go wrong.
