I was just wondering how the loss of jobs and the reverse of people back across the border would effect the housing markets in those states with a heavy immigrant pop.Remember when the whole debate about illegals not being required to have ss numbers to buy a house was going on?

West Grove is in Southern Chester County PA, very close to the border of Delaware and Maryland.

I'm in NC, so anything that happens south of the border is kind of foreign, but I do have an opinion.

Since you have torn out the old toilet and base cabinet, now is also the perfect time to rip up the old vinyl and put down ceramic floor tile before the new fixtures are installed.New lighting, mirrored vanity cabinets, G.F.I. electrical outlets, wallpaper borders, towel rings and bars are usually the finishing touch.

They are the ones who put forth the effort to come across the border legally.

I am from the Chicago area, I live in Crete, just off the N/W Indiana border.

For example we bought some property some years ago 15 acres bordering Gladstan golf course all of the zoning is in place it is annexed into the city and is ready to be developed, however some of the utilities are about 2 miles away, a large amount of money to take this to the property, however if we sold now we would be able to make some money as well as helping and investor who can sit on the property, as we speak the utilities are being put in by another developer so the will be only about 1/4 mile maybe closer but it will be about a year or so.
