It's a special product.Regarding not having a standalone HELOC product, in 2022 during the heat of the low rate boom we did suspend our standalone product, and I can absolutely understand that wasn't ideal!

You improve the property considerably then miss a payment... boom... deed recorded and you've been robbed of your equity.

Well, ...

Does anyone have any knowledge on whether I can represent myself in a transaction with a builder on the purchase of a new construction home for myself as an actively licensed broker in WA Seattle area and collect or save on the commission myself?  

Consequently, during prosperous times, the industry struggles to build fast enough, and what we're currently seeing are the completions from previous boom years.

The retail is booming, the only downside IMO, is the infrastructure.

The West End was very, very bad just a few years ago and it's already booming with $500k+ homes. 

I know, for instance, the Polk County area of Florida is booming with availability for up and coming investors!

@Steven Gillmer my brother and old Army buds live there and I have also been looking but YES those Taxes are no JOKEI am coming that way in July and may cruise around looking though, Its booming there

This is causing the entire market to boom!
