Over the next few months, I plan to walk through my first real estate venture and the small victories and battle stories from the endeavor thus far.

The city has been battling the pollution issue but mostly been ineffective.

One more thing to add... if you are a newbie, don't mind the full leverage folks vs. the all cash folks as they battle on many threads!
