They see a 60-year-old man driving a new Corvette and don't realize that guy drove the same Honda Accord for 20 years while saving and investing.

However, I live close-by (30 minute drive), recently retired from my day-job, and if the loan is not too large, I might be willing to do a deal just to learn a bit more about another side of RE.  

This really depends on what your looking to do however for a very basic overview far west side is great, downtown and very close to the Cleveland Clinic, Little Italy, Tremont, and Ohio City are still great areas.

You might be able to find something in a neighbouring state to the east which is within driving distance.

Just some basic stuff you should try to follow if able.

I have been binging BP money while I drive around for work.

That system is basically: 1/ take advantage of PMLs who don't understand the market, 2/ Take that money and use it for a predatory lending scheme.

Basically unsellable wrap notes, blatant violations of Dodd Frank, borderline fraud, the list goes on. 

But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself.

Basically it's "Hey borrower, you already signed a deed in lieu.
