I limit households to two pets total, they must have owned the animal at least one year (I support rescue animals but the applicant needs to demonstrate they have trained it), and there are certain breeds that are not allowed in certain properties (barking, biting, chewing, etc).

Storage has no leaking toilets, no barking dogs, or any of the many other problems you experience with residential rentals.

The thing about some dogs is that they bark endlessly and for no reason.

Party all night, play loud music, literally go bowling on the floor above them, do all your farting in the common areas, get a small dog that never stops barking, etc.

Because they can cause problems by chewing, digging, scratching, defecating, urinating, barking, biting, vomiting, etc.What animal is most likely to participate in this bad behavior?

I also have very strict requirements for animals less than one year old or with less than one year of ownership because those are the animals that tend to have behavior problems like chewing, scratching doors, digging carpet, barking, going to the bathroom inside, etc.

I think you are barking up the wrong tree with changing the zoning.

I meant gravel to absorb impact from a fall...all the parks here have gravel or bark mulch under their playscapes.
