Did you attend educational courses to enhance your real estate knowledge?

I see a lot of good deals around the college and downtown Akron, but I've had some investors worry about the crime in those areas.  

I intend to rent out the units by room to college students (does it sound like this would work in this area and what are some general tips/things I should look out for?).

Meetup is a fantastic app to find real estate meetings around you, and look for local REIA (real estate investor associations) and attend a bunch of meetings.

Dalton,A multi LTR strategy sounds like a great play for 2025.i would suggest attending any and all REI meet ups in your area that you can find; my brokerage hosts a bunch of them up in the north east and it's been huge for our growth.i would also suggest finding an investor focused agent.

Waco Texas is a known city that has a very good Private College, Baylor University.

Attend local real estate meetups or REIAs to find other investors who’ve done BRRRR in Chicagoland.
