My wife is an agent in SE Idaho and usually keeps pretty busy during winter as well. there are less homes for sell but there are still buyers looking.

We've heard of seller financing but we would not know how to find that per se besides just asking each seller.One other idea we've been wondering about is neither of us has a RE license, and we've been looking into it.

It's just about in the middle of the most active part of SE Belmont, not right on Belmont, but on a side street, just behind the lot that has frontage space on Belmont.

I would stick to SE, flights are more inexpensive compare to Midwest something you should factor in most likely at first you might be traveling more than you might like..Best of luck!!!
