Like I said I only have a few and it's already starting to be annoying.

It has some extra paperwork, can be little annoying at the closing.I got 5 sfhs from homepath, it wasn't too difficult.

@Tony MarcelleThe best advice I can offer is to stay calm and resist the urge to smack anyone, however incompetent, annoying, selfish, and obviously stupid they are.

OK, the color is annoying, but reddish cherry stain was big in the 80s and 90s.But this is what happened for the bulk of the woodwork.

I thought this may be worthwhile because a realtor I talked to sounded very agitated/annoyed by all the low ball offers he sees from "wannabee investors" giving lowball offers...

I get annoyed with topics repeating as you scroll down, but that’s a minor issue.As a moocher (free membership) I can’t complain.

Then it is good to address the obvious needs and especially the needs that could cause problems or cause tenants to be annoyed (if possible).

The thing that annoyed me is that both appraisals were said to be done on 6/5/18, just a few days before we agreed to do everything on the punch-list, but the buyer's attorney didn't even send them to us until yesterday 6/18/18, more than 2 weeks later!

The truth is, there are many people on here more experienced in different areas of the market than I am, and even in the little niche that I work in; and I'm always @mentioning them in posts to get their expert opinions, and @Jay Hinrichs and @Joel Owens are two of those I annoy consistently and am grateful for. 

This is getting really, really annoying...
