for full basement foundations you will need a decent size machine. for trench footings, clear lots and move soil, why not look into something like a John Deere, where you can put different accessories on the machine - backhoe, bucket, lawn mower, post hole digger etc. ? 

I just purchased my first property a month ago, which is a SFH with an accessory apartment.

Grab bars, chair lift, etc. came from some assistance program; I know because before closing, I was contacted since they wanted access to the interior to work out the accessories that would be needed and to get the funds appropriated for the plan.

I personally don't like using furnished finders accessory systems as they have big holes in them, but one thing I have learned is they are a travel medical professional you can ask to see their contract.

Or it's a shame to admit not knowing everything.You wouldn't believe what a long line of personal cleanliness accessories with nozzles just  like you I have in my rearview mirror.
