Hello Everyone,I am a 20 year old junior in undergrad and I recently found a passion in real estate.

We are both accounting undergrads, and I am a bookkeeper for a golf course and he is a cut lister for a custom closet company.

I bought my first property during undergrad and now have 12 doors! 

@Srikanth Raj I lived in Salt Lake for many years and earned my undergrad from the University of Utah.

I'm currently doing a part time job while doing my undergrad online to maybe earn some extra cash for future purposes... maybe the down payment for a property ?

I am fortunate to have a good job out of engineering undergrad and want to create financial independence for my family. 

@Parag D.I do a lot of business around OSU and went there for undergrad.

I find that room by room is a lot better in terms of consistent communication from the tenants because you don't have a group of 4 undergrad friends all living in filth and covering for each other's messes.  

Not at a rental but in undergrad, my roommate had hung alligator and deer skulls on the walls prior to my arrival.

About 400sf was added on poorly and is under grade on slab.
