The next day the odor returned again even though we re ran the ozone machine again.Does anyone have any recommendations how to address this problem ?

If the smell has saturated the drywall it would be best to just pull it out and replace it rather than try and remove the odor.

Once you prime the drywall, and replace urine soaked flooring, you should not smell the odor anymore.

The one creates the odor is, Uric acid which consists of salts and crystals that give off the extremely pungent odor.
