When I get home I'll take a look through and see if people can make me see the light in a few of these situations.I definately would recommend the book for anyone who is looking to understand what life should be all about and not what society "hurds" us into.

I think your issue is less about the market and more about perception.

If I can see the veil over my eyes how come the rest of society, our family and friends can't?

This makes sense if your perception of increased value is supported by the cash flow to support the new indebtness.

The sooner the seller/realtor present the market with a price in which the seller's perception of value match that of the market realities, the sooner this thing will get sold.

If it didn't pay my bills, I wouldn't have the time to give them vital information because I have to eat.We live in a capitalist society, and we each survive by providing some type of information, service, or product that will help someone accomplish something, and we do it for a fee.

I understand there is a huge potential for a conflict of interest, even if a company operates fairly and honestly, the perception of impropriety will exist.

My point was to steering business not making a recommendation.I was also speaking to perception, having been around in the business for so long, often it's not what is illegal or unethical, but the perception of conflicts of interest.
