When I get home I'll take a look through and see if people can make me see the light in a few of these situations.I definately would recommend the book for anyone who is looking to understand what life should be all about and not what society "hurds" us into.

Thank you for the piece of advice I appreciate it, I try to be as motivated as possible, but then again you know what society says, REI is tight, inflation makes it difficult, too much competition.To be quite honest I want to do this badly, because I know I have the potential.How ever what would you suggest me?

When I was weaned in the ways of real estate as a salesman then eventually a licensed broker in NY during the 70's the most important thing I learned from one of our syndication clients is that perception is everything.If your audience believes you are successful then you are successful.

My point was to steering business not making a recommendation.I was also speaking to perception, having been around in the business for so long, often it's not what is illegal or unethical, but the perception of conflicts of interest.
