We were shopping for appliances for a 124 unit property in Houston.We decided not to go with "stainless" (really silver and black) due to the price and potential care issues and the market does not have a premium for these.We got a black appliance package for under $1100.Personally, I would stay away from refrigerators with ice makers as they cause more maintenance issues in the long run.

Through some silver tonguing, I made it under contract!

Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet for finding deals. 

This man(Bryan Petrinec)  ended my vehicle in his 3500 silver dodge while I was parked.

I suppose the silver lining is that a wholesaler can really benefit from building a reputation for integrity.

You'll have to keep an eagle eye on the receipts, especially before you're full time.Bourne is certainly better than further down Cape - like Chatham or Wellfleet!

@Ben Ashburn, sorry to hear about your losses, but I'm glad to see you were able to find a silver lining and start here. 

Both are plastic, the top I painted silver.
