I have a couple buddies in San Francisco who I've been talking to about potentially co-buying a place in Tahoe and I am wondering if anyone has advice on how best to make a meaningful case for sharing in the costs/ownership/use/profit/tax adv/etc.Curious if anyone has firsthand experience?

in Jan 2020 I closed of my first house while active duty navy in San Diego.

I’m in the mag industrial fund and I would invest again… which I did in the mag Broadview in San Bernardino area by the college.

we also have free visits (my thought is partner will likely use it more (offers have been to Emerald coast and they live in Minnesota and I live in San Diego - who do you think will visit it more?)
