I answer my phone 24/7.Seems to either impress people or surprise them....

But try and contact @David To he’s going through something similar I’m sure he’s made phone calls and knows alittle more of what you can do. 

I do both an email and a phone call I usually email first and do a phone call to ask if they have a phone number.Thank you for the advice, I understand the lack of creating equity but I feel like all I'm doing is the same as any other buisness which is getting a product, repurposing it for a consumer, and selling said product/service.

Hey Keith,Usually, LLC's have to file contact information with the state, either an email or a phone number.

So, even a small negative like a $50 unpaid cell phone bill that goes to collections when you switch carriers tanks their score.

Forget trying to walk them through a simple repair over the phone, to avoid sending a ServiceTech and saving an owner money.

That's perhaps all the contacts in your phone, your FB and IG connections, your linked in connections. 

So most agents are only putting about half of that $12k in their pocket, and out of that $6k they have to cover all of their operating expenses: licensing fees, MLS/ Realtor Association fees, continuing education classes to stay compliant with licensing requirements, monthly "desk" fees/ technology fees to their brokerage, health insurance for themselves and their family, errors and omissions insurance (required), marketing, car, car insurance, gas, clothes, computer/ software, cell phone, closing gifts, signs, photography, staging if they offer that, etc.
