Impotant to note, I am not necessarily saying it will.Even in your version where you say you would be responsible for hiring a subcontract snow removal company on behalf of the owner what happens if the sub contractor you engage doesn't show up and doesn't maintain their insurance and your PM contract with the owner expressly states that you are responsible for securing snow removal services?
