Is there any different tactic to putting in offers on expired listings then with any other wholesale deal?

This is pretty much a holding tactic until inflation catches up to our purchase price and we can break even by selling.  

(This may not happen but I see a lot of bait and switch tactics by savvy, yet sheisty sellers)Also, there is a minimum of 60 days notice, but I believe your tenant is considered "protected" and cannot be evicted.

Could be a stall tactic...I.E...he fools you into not evicting or starting the eviction process because he "claims" he is leaving.  

After 3-4 months, I think you'll start to get the hang of it by reading here a lot.Later you can buy a new porsche like me and laugh at all the college snobs who think theyre better than everyone else and doubted you, yet they make as much as 1-2 burger king workers after accumulating $50,000+ in student loans (my favorite tactic was to post pictures of it online with me in it and then proceed to give them facebook pokes to force them to look at my profile, and then ask them what their experience with V12 engines have been like because im planning to purchase a new ferrari next year)

They use this tactic to obtain cash for keys and then move onto the next.

Never having engaged in this sort of ask, any thoughts on likelihood or tactics to get it amended?

Lots of things caused the mortgage crisis.A lack of regulation allowed many tactics that should have never been allowed. 

I was able to get through all of it and pass the two tests on the first try by staying incredibly focused, and utilizing some smart studying tactics.
